You will then pay a monthly 24/7 Help desk rate on top of your monthly contract amount.

What is the 24/7 Help desk?
The 24/7 helpdesk is a service of CloudConnected where customers can access a special fault number.
A malfunction can be reported on this fault number 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The duty helpdesk employee takes the report into consideration and will do everything in his power to rectify the malfunction.
