When I choose Cloud Telephony, do I have to hand in on functionalities such as Voicemail and mobile device integration?
No, Cloud Telephony is offered based on a regular telephony environment. Functionalities such as fixed-mobile integration, voicemail, and Unified Communications are not missing.
Are there many additional costs and are they insightful in advance?
The monthly costs are clearly listed in advance for you. No (or low) one-time investments are required, fixed and variable costs for subscriptions and call traffic decline. Interim investments are no longer necessary, as Cloud Telephony always stays up-to-date.
